How to Apply
To apply to the Augustana Summer Spanish Program in the Andes, submit the following documents to the address below. If you have any problems downloading and/or printing the application materials, or if you have specific questions, please feel free to contact the Program staff for assistance (see contact details below). Please note: All applicants must be 18 years of age by June 8, 2006.
- Application for Admission (4 pages)
(Be sure to sign and date the application. As well, you should sign the Release of Liability in both places in the presence of a witness, who should also sign the form.) - Homestay Questionnaire
- Official college transcript(s)*
- Academic reference*
- $100 non-refundable application fee, payable to Augustana College
Non-students: If you have not attended college or university, or if you graduated more than a few years ago, you may submit a résumé and a professional reference* in lieu of a transcript and an academic reference.
Augustana students may submit their application materials in person to Dr Esteban Loustaunau, Academic Coordinator (office: 128 Denkmann Hall, x7674). All other applicants should mail their application materials to the Program Director:
